UK Delivery Options
We offer two reliable services for our customers within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery

  • Cost: £3.49
  • FREE on all orders over £25.00
  • Service: Royal Mail 48
  • Delivery Time: Typically arrives within 2-4 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Express UK Delivery

  • Cost: £5.99
  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD
  • Delivery Time: Aims for next working day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Delivery
We are pleased to ship our books to readers around the globe. All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed service for peace of mind.

Europe: From £9.99

  • Typically arrives within 5-10 working days.

Rest of World (including USA, Canada, Australia): From £14.99

  • Typically arrives within 7-21 working days.

The final shipping cost for international orders is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your parcel.

Important Note for International Customers:

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs and import duties in your home country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Foxton Books has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday).
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This email will include your tracking number, where applicable.
  • Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on UK public holidays or weekends.

How will my order be packaged?

We take great care to ensure your books arrive in perfect condition. They are packed securely in sturdy, book-specific packaging. Where possible, we use sustainable and recyclable materials.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link, which you can use to follow your parcel’s journey.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information for any updates. Sometimes, there can be slight delays with the courier service. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team at info@foxtonbooks.co.uk with your order number, and we will be happy to investigate for you.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We require a full physical street address for all orders to ensure a secure and tracked delivery.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
